OUR MISSION:
Recovery RoundUp is a dynamic start-up nonprofit social service agency dedicated to serving the Southeast Texas area. Founded by Bennie Haynes, a recovered alcoholic who now dedicates his life to helping others overcome alcohol and substance abuse, the organization was built on lived experience, compassion, and purpose. With a strong commitment to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery, Bennie, alongside a growing team of dedicated staff, works to bring this vision to life while actively assembling a robust and engaged Board of Directors to help guide the organization’s mission and future growth.
Our goal is to refer individuals to the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) for the proper screenings, and assessments; along with additional support based on their needs to assist them on their road to recovery.
In addition to referrals, Recovery RoundUp endeavor to target youth and young adults through prevention efforts. We believe early education, guidance, and intervention are critical to reducing the risk of becoming substance abusers or juvenile delinquents and to ensure a lifetime awareness.
To ensure the highest quality of services, we are dedicated to building a strong and active Board of Directors who will oversee our operations. Their expertise and leadership will help ensure our programs meet community needs while being implemented with integrity, accountability, and compassion. Furthermore, we are committed to maintaining strict financial controls and transparency to ensure the responsible stewardship of all resources.
Recovery RoundUp is excited to embark on this journey and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families seeking recovery from substance abuse. We firmly believe in the power of community and remain committed to providing a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where individuals can heal, grow, and thrive.
Join us as we work together to create a brighter future for those in need. Together, we can make a difference!
